The reception desk is located in the King Street Residence (200 King Street North). Staff is available from 8am - 11pm

- Check-out time is 11:00 am
Payment is required upon check-in by cash, debit, VISA, Mastercard or American Express. Photo identification and a valid credit card are required at check-in.
All residence rooms are supplied with a pillow, blanket, 2 sheets, 2 towels, soap and a cup. Housekeeping services are not provided.
Safety and Security on Campus
The Special Constable Service office is located on the main campus by the dining hall. It is open 24 hours a day to assist guests with questions or concerns. Emergency phones are located in many campus areas. Special Constable Service can also be contacted by dialing 3333 on any campus phone or at 519-885-3333.
Bi-weekly room/apartment checks are conducted when guests are staying longer than one month.
Guests are responsible for the condition of their rooms during their stay. Any damage caused by a group or individual will be charged to the person or group responsible. Group leaders are responsible for the conduct of their group.
A $100.00-$200.00 fee is charged to replace keys not returned at the time of check-out.
With the exception of service animals, pets are not permitted in any university buildings.
Smoking is prohibited inside and within 10 meters of all university buildings. There is a minimum $100.00 fine for smoking in residence rooms or buildings.
Guests are subject to provincial liquor regulations. Possession or consumption of alcohol by individuals under 19 years of age in Ontario is a violation of provincial law and university policy. Guests are responsible for understanding and complying with all standards.
Quiet hours in all buildings are from 10 pm to 8 am.
The minimum age for a young guest to stay at Hotel Laurier unaccompanied is 18 years of age.
