Delicious Meals to Suit All Tastes!

Our recently renovated dining facility is bright, modern, spacious, and can accommodate up to 400 guests.  We offer selection, value and a change from the every day.  Vegetarian options are provided and most dietary restrictions can be accommodated. Our professional chefs create delicious meals that guarantee satisfaction!

We are pleased to provide a variety of dining options:

 Buffet - This is a popular selection for large groups and includes an enjoyable meal with salad, dinner rolls, a main entrée, dessert and beverages.  Appetizing entrées may include: chicken stir-fry, pasta primavera, lemon pepper roasted chicken or roast beef.  Buffets are served in the dining hall at specific meal times.

 Marché Dining in the Fresh Food Company - Groups up to 150 will be offered a variety of menu choices. Daily options will include a cereal or salad bar, fresh fruit, desserts, a selection of beverages and entrées from the comfort zone, the sandwich shoppe or the hawk’s grill. Guests will enjoy the flexibility of visiting a variety of food stations at a leisurely pace.

 Banquets - A memorable event can be arranged in one of our formal banquet rooms. Our catering package offers a wide selection of meals that can be served plated or buffet style.  All banquets will be served on white linen tablecloths with linen napkins.  Bar service is available with two weeks’ notice.

 BBQ - This is a popular option for small and large groups. Our food services department will prepare hamburgers, hot dogs, a selection of summer salads, assorted beverages, fresh seasonal fruit and dessert.  For something more substantial, a chicken and steak BBQ will delight any conference group.

 Breaks - To maintain the energy throughout your event, a selection of pastries, muffins or cookies, along with beverages can be delivered to any location on campus.
